Returning to Source: Creativity, AI, and the Power of Tuning Back In

It’s been months since I left social media, and while I didn’t do it to spark a movement or start a conversation, something sacred has opened up in the absence of the noise. The creative clarity I feel now is unlike anything I’ve experienced in years. It’s electric. It’s abundant. It’s mine.

This isn’t just about getting off Instagram or TikTok. This is about returning to source to self and rediscovering just how deeply intuitive and powerful we are when we’re not constantly plugged into systems that try to shape who we think we should be.

Back to the Beginning

When I first started my business, everything felt magical. Ideas poured through me with ease, and I couldn’t wait to bring them to life. That energy is back, but not because of a strategy or algorithm. It’s because I’ve chosen to tune out the noise and reconnect with my own internal GPS.

Literally remember MapQuest? Before smartphones and Google Maps, I had a rock-solid sense of direction. I trusted my instincts. I didn’t second-guess every turn. I didn’t need to. My intuition was strong. Somewhere along the way, we traded that for convenience. But convenience has a cost: our connection to self.

The Role of AI (and Where It Gets Dicey)

Yes, I use AI. I use it to transcribe my podcasts, to meal plan based on my postpartum healing needs and dietary restrictions, and to support me in repurposing content I’ve already created. But the key is: the original download still comes from me.

What I’m seeing, and what concerns me deeply, is how many people are outsourcing everything to AI from their business models to their content to their sense of direction (in life and on the road). This level of dependence doesn’t just dull your creative edge, it severs the connection to your own knowing.

If we’re talking about manifestation and calling in a life of aligned abundance, you must be rooted in your intuition. You must be anchored in your truth. No algorithm can give you that. That’s something only you can source.

We Are the Creators

When you see people use AI to generate artwork, ideas, and even relationships, it can be tempting to follow suit. But here’s what I know: you are more powerful than any piece of tech. You carry source energy within you. That means you are the creator of your reality, not AI, not social media, not society.

We’re living in a time where it’s easy to forget that. The culture we’ve created post-industrial revolution has done a damn good job at disconnecting us from ourselves. Add social media, and now AI, and it’s no wonder we’re in a mental health crisis. People don’t know who they are anymore because they haven’t had a quiet moment long enough to hear themselves think.

But you don’t have to follow that path.

You can say no.

You can question everything.

You can let your freak flag fly and choose to create from your soul rather than a script.

Embracing Your Inner Compass

Let this be your reminder: the best ideas, the ones that change the world, don’t come from blending in. They come from tuning in.

They come from being present with what’s real for you now, from honoring your unique downloads, and from trusting that if something came to you, it came to be expressed through you.

So yes, ask for help. Yes, use tools that support your wellness and expansion. But never let anything replace the voice of your intuition.

You always have the answers within you.

And you? You were never meant to do life like everyone else anyway.
